Refunds

Please chose carefully as we don't provide refunds for change of mind purchases.

Returns

Due to the nature of the product we sell, most products are unable to be returned. 

Any unsealed/opened product will not be returned, unless deemed faulty by us or the supplier for said product.

Exchanges

Some products will be available to be exchanged.
Providing the product is in unused/unopened/undamaged condition, we may allow for it to be exchanged for something of equal or higher value.
Return shipping for any exchange will be paid by the party requesting the exchange.

We are happy to adjust or swap products that have been purchased incorrectly via our website before the order has been processed/shipped. If this has happened, please email us at sales@boostergames.co.nz

If our product is faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Other information

Under NO circumstances are any cards guaranteed, unless otherwise stated on specified product.
Single booster packs will be sold as random and in any variation of pack art.

The Condition of single cards for purchase can vary.
While we do our best to keep our singles cards in the best condition possible once pulled, we can't guarantee that specific conditions such as, centering and corner cuts will be as desired.

If you are after specific condition singles, please feel free to contact us before purchase and we will do our best to meet those.
